As Group Chief Risk Officer, Dr. Mokoena will be responsible for overseeing risk management policies, identifying potential threats to the organization’s operations, and ensuring the company maintains strong governance standards across its subsidiaries.
The Dangote Group, one of Africa’s largest industrial conglomerates, continues to expand its footprint across sectors including cement, sugar, salt, fertiliser, and oil refining. The company said the appointment reflects its commitment to strengthening leadership and maintaining global best practices in corporate governance.
