Centenary City is fast taking shape as major infrastructure works move ahead at pace. The project, driven by Centenary City PLC, brought in Julius Berger Nigeria Plc to handle key road construction—including a 4.3 km access road—while Dar Al-Handasah oversees the engineering design.
Beyond construction, the development reflects strong community support and a shared vision for a modern, sustainable Abuja. Designed as a pedestrian-friendly, multifunctional city, Centenary City is expected to boost investment, create jobs, and offer a complete live-work lifestyle.
The initiative also enjoys backing from FCT Minister Nyesom Wike and the Toge community, whose support has been vital to its progress.
