Fresh photos of Nollywood actress Nkiru Sylvanus at a recent event have finally put to rest the health concerns that followed an earlier makeup-free photo that made the rounds online.
Looking elegant and full of life at the outing, the actress showed she’s doing just fine, weeks after people began questioning her health because of an old photo and a behind-the-scenes video from a movie set.
Earlier before these latest photos surfaced, her husband, Riches Sammy, had already stepped in to clear the air. In a video, he made it clear that there was nothing wrong with his wife and cautioned people against pushing a false narrative about her health and their marriage.
He said:
“I will not tolerate derogatory posts about my marriage. The pictures and videos being circulated do not reflect my wife’s current state. People should stop spreading falsehoods and misleading the public.”
He also warned that anyone who continued sharing misleading claims or defamatory posts about his wife could face legal action.
Now, with Nkiru back in the spotlight looking healthy, glamorous and active, the recent appearance has only reinforced what her husband had been saying all along that she is well.
