18 year old Emily Victoria Oke on January 23rd, made history by becoming the very first ILOILO'S MISS DINAGYANG with an African heritage in the Asian country.
A 2nd year Biology Student of Central Philippine University, half Filipino/Nigerian, Emily started her modeling career at the age of 16.
