Pictured -Kaduna State governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai and the UPDC
delegates led by the managing director -Hakeem Ogunniran at the state
government House on Wednesday. The governor signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) with the company to build a shopping mall in the
state which will be reportedly completed in 18 months time.
The shopping mall is to act as a commercial and entertainment node in
the area, in order to carter for the needs of both the middle and low
income earners in the area.
