Popular Nigerian actress, Sarah Martins, has cried out after discovering that a total of ₦3 million mysteriously disappeared from her bank account over a short period.
According to the actress, she first noticed that ₦2 million had vanished from her account. While trying to trace how the money disappeared, another ₦1 million was withdrawn, bringing the total loss to ₦3 million.
Shocked and disturbed, she launched a personal investigation into the matter and later discovered that the culprit was one of her domestic staff, a 20-year-old worker who had allegedly been making unauthorized transfers from her account and deleting the transaction alerts to avoid being caught.
Sarah Martins expressed disbelief and disappointment over the incident, describing it as heartbreaking and a betrayal of trust. She revealed the situation in an emotional video, calling for stricter caution when employing domestic staff and urging the public to be vigilant with financial security.
