Christian-Shola Royal Ascension to the Throne Of The Atse Oritse, the Oki-Atsé, omó n'atsé mudiará himself. Established since 1800.
Royal Succession:
Dr. Christian Shola announced plans to step down from active pastoral leadership to ascend the traditional throne of Atse-Oritsé of the Omatsola/Atsemudiará Royal House (otor Atsemudiará) in Igbogidi Ancient Town, in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria, West Africa. He has clarified that this hereditary stool is dedicated strictly to the worship of the Supreme God ("Oritsé") and does not involve traditional deity (orishá) allegiance.
According to the Atse historians, when the oath of the throne was covenanted, it was prophecied that the Atsemudiará stool is a pure stool from the Oritse and that it is an abomination for the occupant of the Atse throne to worship orisha or any deity, an Atse must never worship any orisha, IT IS FORBID, the throne shall forbid the worship of orisha. Orisha worship, that's for the oni orisha and the others, the Atse must only worship the ORITSE, the one SUPREME GOD, so before Christianity we already believed in the Oritse and his son, omó n'oritse which means the son of the Oritse, who was sent by the Oritse himself to this World to deliver the whole world, we already believed these things, we were so developed.
In fact before colonialism, the Benin kingdom already has streets light and my father already had a 5 thousands man army in Igbogidi and controlled a whole empire before the white men perceived our soil.

George Eyube was the younger brother to the Oki, both sons of Atsemudiará, Oki was the next in line, Eyube was head of the Atsemudiará Army working with the British colonial powers, he job was to negotiate with the aborigins to seek and negotiate land permission in forming the new country the British have promised, and we all believed in it, he died on the 12th May, 1901, few years to the almagamation of the new nation they promised but we didn't know we'll be hacked out of the system. His agency started working with the British colonial powers from 1895.
