British-Nigerian businessman and social media influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, also known online as Denisi and Ego, has died at the age of 43 after undergoing a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand.
Ubiribo died from a pulmonary embolism, a potentially life-threatening condition caused by a blood clot blocking blood flow to the lungs, following complications from the cosmetic procedure.
According to an inquest at the Inner West London Coroners’ Court, Ubiribo underwent the procedure during a trip to Thailand with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, in March.
The procedure involved the injection of 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine into his penis, according to evidence presented at the inquest.
After the procedure, Ubiribo reportedly went for a massage with his wife but began experiencing chest pain and subsequently lost consciousness twice.
He was rushed to a local hospital, where doctors determined that he had suffered a pulmonary embolism. Medical personnel reportedly performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for more than 100 minutes before he was pronounced dead on March 6.
Coroner Jean Harkin reportedly confirmed that the pulmonary embolism was caused by complications arising from the cosmetic procedure.
Ubiribo, who was known for documenting his luxury lifestyle on social media, had travelled extensively and regularly shared pictures and videos from destinations including Paris, Cape Town and Bali.
His death has also drawn attention to the potential risks associated with cosmetic procedures. Medical experts have warned that penis enlargement procedures can carry complications including infection, inflammation, loss of sensation and erectile dysfunction.
Ubiribo was laid to rest during a funeral ceremony in London in May, where friends and loved ones gathered to honour his memory.
One of his friends, known as Celebrity Bar Man, shared footage from the funeral on social media, paying tribute to the late influencer.
Ubiribo was also remembered by his wife, who frequently shared affectionate messages about their relationship and the experiences they had together.
In one post, Allen described her husband as her “King” and expressed gratitude for the memories they created during their marriage.
The couple had travelled extensively together, including a 30-day trip in 2025 that took them across three continents, four countries and 10 cities.
Ubiribo’s death has left his family, friends and followers mourning the loss of a businessman and social media personality whose lifestyle and relationship with his wife were frequently documented online.
